Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Diplaros DIY online store and delivered within the Republic of Cyprus.

1. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery services within the Republic of Cyprus.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Methods

Orders will be delivered using suitable delivery services available in Cyprus.

The available delivery option and delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

3. Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is normally expected within 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery location and the delivery service used.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before payment.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid telephone number.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided and delivery cannot be completed, additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Receiving Your Order

Please check your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@diplarosdiy.com.

We may request photographs of the product and packaging to assist with resolving the issue.

8. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available to receive the order or the delivery address cannot be accessed, the delivery service may arrange another delivery attempt or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply where a second delivery is required due to circumstances within the customer's control.

9. Delivery Delays

Diplaros DIY will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, traffic conditions, strikes, technical problems or delivery service disruptions.
