Return & Refund Policy

At Diplaros DIY, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy applies to orders delivered within the Republic of Cyprus.

1. Right of Withdrawal

For purchases made through our online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly by email before the 14-day period expires.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the product within 14 days.

2. Condition of Returned Products

Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging, where applicable.

You may examine the product as you would in a physical shop. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

3. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including products:

• Made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• Cut, measured, mixed, prepared or otherwise modified according to the customer's requirements.
• Which, due to their nature, cannot be returned.
• Which are otherwise excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable Cyprus consumer protection legislation.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the product and its packaging.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

5. Refunds

Once we have received the returned product, or you have provided evidence that the product has been returned, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable legislation.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Where applicable, the refund will include the cost of the standard delivery option originally paid by the customer. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

For bulky or heavy products, return arrangements and costs may vary depending on the product.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us before returning it. Exchanges may be available depending on the product and its availability.
